The three day Telluride Jazz Festival occurs in the beginning of August and is primarily held in Town Park on the main stage (previously under the DIA white bra near the old outdoor sakting rink). As with the other major music festivals, there are also late night perfomances at smaller venues around town. While it has grown in size over the past several years, it does not have the same attendance numbers as either Bluegrass or Blues & Brews. The jazz festival typically offers a wide variety of different forms of jazz as well as some mainstream music.
